Steps to Full Transfer

The Full Transfer approach to GenerationPMTO implementation is a multi-phase process. The goal is to achieve sustained model fidelity. ISII trains a first generation of practitioners. ISII then provides ongoing support and training to leaders from this first generation as they build their own infrastructure for training, coaching, fidelity checks, certification, and further tailoring within their site. As an effective infrastructure becomes established, the community gradually assumes responsibility for maintaining model fidelity. ISII ensures that competent adherence to GenerationPMTO is sustained with annual reliability assessments via the FIMP Central secure database and portal. The process of full transfer
